Just wallpaper. It was done by the "Behangjongeren"(Funny name -> 'behang' is 'wallpaper' in Dutch - 'hangjongeren' is a word meaning as much as 'youth-hanging-around' or 'mallrats' - Together it is, you can guess, 'youth-puting-up-wallpaper').
Never seen anything like that before. Very cool!!!
